5. Don’t have kids? Get a dog! Walking the house pet to the park is a great way of burning calories without even realizing you’re doing it. Or play fetch with him. Or just run and have him chase you. Your dog will love you for it.
6. Redecorating can be a great calorie burning activity. All the lifting and stretching is a great way to increase your exercise level and burn more calories. Make sure if you’re lifting that you are doing it right, you dont want to end up in bed with a bad back! So get out the paint pots and the rollers and give your whole house a makeover. Not only will you be taking part in a great calorie burning activity but your house will be a fresh and lively place to relax in afterwards.
